HubSpot, Inc., operating under its Futurepedia brand ("Futurepedia," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the services and programs including the Futurepedia directory, verified listings, Skill Leap AI, and other content and tools for its members (collectively, the "Futurepedia Services") subject to these Futurepedia Terms, including the Futurepedia Editorial Policy, HubSpot Website Terms of Use, and HubSpot Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Futurepedia Terms").
For the avoidance of doubt, these Futurepedia Terms do not incorporate or replace the HubSpot Customer Terms of Service governing other services made available by HubSpot.
By accessing the Futurepedia Services, you agree to these Futurepedia Terms.
1.1 Access. We will provide the Futurepedia Services to you in accordance with these Futurepedia Terms. Verified listings on Futurepedia get a verified check mark, reviews enabled, enhanced listing page elements, eligibility for sponsorships, eligibility for editorial placements, and other limited offers.
1.2 Acceptable Use. We accept AI tools only and do not allow NSFW (Not Safe for Work) tools on our website. This includes dating and romance related tools. Submissions such as AI newsletters or other directories will also be rejected. We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all Futurepedia Services for violation of these Futurepedia Terms, or if we determine that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that has or may negatively reflect on or affect us, our affiliates, our prospects, or our customers.
1.3 Suggestions. We encourage all customers to comment on the Futurepedia Services, provide suggestions for improving them, and vote on suggestions. You agree that all such comments and suggestions will be non-confidential and that we own all rights to use and incorporate them into the Futurepedia Services, without payment or attribution to you.
1.4 Modification. We may modify these Futurepedia Terms and the Futurepedia Services from time to time, including changes that may change, migrate, or materially reduce the Futurepedia Services provided. We may discontinue Futurepedia Services as detailed in these Futurepedia Terms.
1.5 Agreement to Liability Limit. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ABSENT YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE HUBSPOT WEBSITE TERMS OF USE ‘Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability’ PROVISION INCORPORATED INTO THESE FUTUREPEDIA TERMS, WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE FUTUREPEDIA SERVICES TO YOU.
2.1 Fees. The cost to access the Futurepedia Services is displayed at the time of purchase ("Fees"). You authorize Futurepedia to charge your authorized payment method for applicable Fees. Payment for Futurepedia Services is processed through HubSpot Stripe Payment Processing subject to the Stripe Payment Processing Terms.
2.2 No Refunds. Except as set forth in these Futurepedia Terms, all payment obligations for outstanding Fees are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable.
2.3 Tax. All Fees are exclusive of taxes including sales tax, VAT, GST, PST, HST, and similar taxes, which we will charge as applicable. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the Futurepedia Services. At our request, you will provide us with your tax identification information. You will have no liability for any taxes based upon our gross revenues or net income.
2.4 Authorized Payment Method. You will maintain a current, valid payment method accepted by us for the payment of incurred and recurring Fees. You will maintain current billing information associated with your authorized payment method in the payment details of your account settings, which you may update at any time.
3.1 One-Time Fees. Some Futurepedia Services, such as listings, are available to purchase as a one-time Fee and do not automatically renew. You can get additional support for Fees associated with Futurepedia Services with one-time Fees by emailing us at billing@futurepedia.io.
3.2 Editorial Policy Refund. Except as set forth in these Futurepedia Terms, all payment obligations for outstanding Fees are non-cancelable and all amounts paid are non-refundable. In the event your tool doesn't meet our Futurepedia Editorial Policy, or if we discontinue Futurepedia Services less than 30 calendar days after you remit payment for Fees associated with one-time services, we will refund Fees to your original payment method. Once we issue the refund, your access to the Futurepedia Service associated with the one-time Fee will end.
4.1 Trial Access. We may make some features of Futurepedia Services available to new users for a limited time at no cost. You can cancel your trial at any time in your account settings before your trial ends. Unless you choose to cancel before the end of your no-cost trial, your trial account will upgrade to a monthly recurring subscription for the Fees detailed in your trial.
4.2 Recurring Fees. Some Futurepedia Services, such as SkillLeap AI, are available as ongoing subscriptions with recurring Fees that automatically renew. You authorize us to continue to charge your authorized payment method for applicable Fees for recurring subscriptions until any and all outstanding Fees have been paid in full. You can get additional support for Fees associated with Futurepedia Services with recurring Fees by emailing us at skillleap@futurepedia.io.
4.3 Term and Automatic Renewal. The service term for Futurepedia Services with recurring Fees, including trial services, begins on the day you subscribe through the online payment process, and continues through the term duration you select at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew following the end of your then-current term, unless you cancel your renewal in your account settings before your renewal date. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, we will not collect further recurring Fees, and access to your paid Futurepedia Services will end.
4.4 Disputed Fees After Renewal. If you dispute recurring Fees after a renewal, we will review the details of your dispute and determine cancellation and refund eligibility in accordance with the following protocols:
(i) You must contact our support team via email at skillleap@futurepedia.io within 7 calendar days of the renewal date, including your account information, the date we collected Fees for the renewal, and information detailing why you are disputing the renewal.
(ii) We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that you are attempting to exploit this policy, including if there have been multiple refund requests from the same user within a short period. This policy is intended to accommodate genuine mistakes, not to enable repeated or deliberate misuse.
(iii) If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The exact timing will depend on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued, and your access to the paid Futurepedia Services will terminate.
4.5 Discontinuing Recurring Services. We may discontinue Futurepedia Services associated with recurring Fees (i) at the end of your then-current paid term, or (ii) at any time, provided we issue a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion of your paid term.
